In March 2004 Primus Capital Partners invested in Mirai Interactive Kft., a Hungarian full-service interactive agency. In Summer 2005, Mirai Interactive and Primus created Arcus Interactive Group Rt. together with Red-stars Communications Ltd, a former competitor, to form Hungary's largest independent online marketing and media agency, which owns and manages the two original agencies. In October 2006 Arcus Interactive Group acquired majority ownership in Arcanian Consulting, Hungary's market leading search marketing agency. Arcanian operations are fully integrated with Arcus. Nebotrade Ltd. (www.nebotrade.hu) is an established biotechnology company with two main business lines. In July 2005, Primus invested in Sense/Net Ltd., developer of the Sensenet Portal Engine, an integrated intranet, extranet and Internet portal software that allows rapid development of portals to aggregate content, information, applications and processes from across the enterprise into a single point of access. The Sense/Net Portal Engine is also made available to larger system integrator firms as a practical development tool, in a licensed reseller arrangement.  Sense/Net is working with many Hungarian and international companies in the framework of a reseller contract.  Sense/Net's main clients in the public sector include the Budapest Mayor's Office, the National Bank of Hungary and the Prime Minister's Office; in the private sector, clients include Hungarian Power Companies Ltd. (MVM), Budapest Gasworks Co., and T-Kábel (Magyar Telekom's cable television services arm) and others. Sensenet was a Deloitte & Touche Central European Fast 50 Company in 2005.
