Primus Invests In Nebotrade

US-based venture capital fund Primus Capital Partners is buying a 21% stake in biotech company Nebotrade Kft. with an option to purchase a further 40% in the next three years. Nebotrade, a culture medium maker, made an Ft 18 million profit on revenue of Ft 400 million last year. Nebotrade is investing Ft 400 million this year to expand production. (NG pp.1&4)
