Interactive Communication Merger

Interactive communication companies Mirai Interactive Kft. and red-stars Rt. are merging into a new company, Arcus Interactive Group Rt.

Mirai made Ft 169 million revenues in 2004, while red-stars made Ft 286 million. Primus Capital Partners Llc, which now has a stake in Mirai, will have some 25% stake in the new company, Zoltán Bruckner, member of the board of directors of Arcus, said. (NG p.4)
