Leading interactive marketers merge
Hungary's two biggest interactive and online marketing companies, Mirai Interactive and red-stars, will merge through creating a new holding company: Arcus Interactive Group, business daily Napi Gazdasg said yesterday. Primus Capital Partners, a venture capital company will own 25% of the new company through contributing its stake in Mirai Interactive, executive director of Hotaka Consulting, the fund manager of Primus, and Arcus board member Zoltn Bruckner told Napi Gazdasg. By forming the new company as a holding, its owners aim to expand by making acquisitions, Arcus president and deputy CEO Zoltn Szenasi who is also red-stars CEO, said. (Econews)
