BOARD OF ADVISERS

The Board of Advisers of the Primus Capital Funds consists of four professionals, including successful entrepreneurs, senior executives of multinational corporations and a leading finance professional. Primus also maintains an active, cooperative relationship with several of its Limited Partners who provide additional support to the portfolio companies. Primus also works closely with specialized sales process advisers to optimize sales performance and human resources consultants to identify and bring the most suitable technology and management talent to its portfolio companies.


Board of Advisers to Primus Capital Partners:

Edward D. (Ted) Prittie is a successful entrepreneur and private investor. A graduate of The University of Western Ontario he came to Hungary in 1990. After a short employment at Magyar Hitel Bank, he started several entrepreneurial businesses, from dry cleaning to importing soap and candles from Upper Canada Soap and Candle. In 1994, Ted started Clovelly Ltd as Budapest's premier purveyor of Perfumes and Cosmetics, which was subsequently sold to the Diva Group. In 1995, with a Canadian partner, Mr Prittie established Docu Guard Ltd, the first document storage company in Central Europe. By 2004 Docu Guard was present in Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria and Romania employing over 400 people. In August 2004, the company was acquired by Iron Mountain Inc of Boston, Mass. the world's leading provider of information management services. Mr. Prittie is currently President of Docu Guard Ltd. and has co-invested with Primus Fund I. Mr. Prittie lives in Budapest, speaks fluent Hungarian.

William L. Szentagotay is a senior executive of Lucent Technologies GSM Division, GE, IBM, Contel.American Satellite Division, Nortel, and adviser to several Central European telecom companies over the past 15 years, including Matav (Deutsche Telekom), HTCC and CGE/Deltav. Bill is a seasoned manager with an extensive background in recruiting and managing sales teams. He also helped establish and managed City Reach International, one of Europe's largest network of data centers, including responsibility for Paris, Berlin, Munich and Budapest. Bill is a US national living in Hungary.

Peter B. Kellner founded and managed Richmond Management, a NY based venture firm focused on technology-enabled services (www.richmondmgt.com). Peter is a founder of several companies and organizations, including Russia's Ural Petroleum Corporation, whose successor KMOC was sold to Marathon Oil in 2003; Endeavor, www.endeavor.org, a leading non-profit in emerging markets; The Environmental Management and Law Association (EMLA), www.emla.hu, Hungary's leading environmental law association; and Vectis Group, a global investment consortium based in San Francisco that led the turnaround of Critical Path, Inc.. Peter is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations; Crown Fellow Class of 2003, The Aspen Institute; He sits on the boards of GetConnected.com, Obopay.com, and Voxiva.net; and nonprofit organizations, including JustGive.org, National Student Partnerships and others. He is a graduate of Yale Law School, Harvard Business School, and Princeton University. Peter is a founder and substantial investor in Primus Capital Partners LLC Fund I. and has known Zoltan Bruckner for 13 years. Peter supports Primus's portfolio with relevant industry connections to the U.S.
